- Virtual items, tokens, and upgrades have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for physical currency.

You agree to use our Services responsibly and legally. You explicitly agree not to:
- Exploit, distribute, or publicly communicate game bugs, glitches, or cheats.
- Use automated tools, macros, bots, or third-party software to modify game state, scrape data, or simulate user interactions.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of our authentication systems, APIs, or database servers.
- Share abusive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate text within public profile sections or support threads.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awesome Jellyfish Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services, or (ii) any unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data.
6. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your license to use our Apps and Services, including terminating your account, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users or our business interests.
